‘성막의 제사장과 그를 돕는 레위인’
본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님은 아론과 그의 아들들을 택하여 성막에서 제사장으로 섬기게 했다. 그리고 레위지파는 제사장 아론과 그의 아들들에게 맡겨 돕게했다. 레위인은 이스라엘 지파의 초태생을 대신한 하나님의 소유로 출애굽때 초태생을 구별하여 살렸기 때문이다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
오늘 택함 받은 제사장인 목사와 제사장을 도와 교회에서 예배와 사역을 돕는 평신도 리더들은 하나님의 소유다. 나답과 아비후처럼 제멋대로 살면 안 된다. 철저히 하나님께 순종할 때 쓰임 받는다.
결단과 적용
주님의 교회를 섬기는 모든 사람은 택함 받은 은혜로 자격이 주어졌다. 하나님의 소유된 백성이다. 그러므로 먼저 하나님의 말씀에 순종해야 한다. 하나님의 영광만을 위해 살아야 한다. 내 영광을 위해 제멋대로 살면 나답과 아비후처럼 망한다. 신뢰받은 자에게 요구되는 것은 신실한 충성과 순종뿐이다. 그렇게 산다.

Observation and meditation on the text
God chose Aaron and his sons to be the priests to serve God in the Temple. God also chose the Levites to serve the priests, Aaron and his sons. Levites were chosen to replace of the first- born mail offspring who were saved by God during the Exodus.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Pastors chosen by God to be the priests of today, and the lay leaders who are chosen by God to help their pastors in the church belong to God. They should not live randomly or arbitrarily like Aaron’s two sons, Nadab and Abihu. When the chosen ones obey God completely, they can be used by God.
Decisions and applications
All chosen servants in the church are qualified not by each one’s merits but by God’s grace only. Therefore, I belong to God. I am God’s child. It is natural for me to obey God thoroughly. I must live for his glory only. If I live by my fleshly desire, I shall be destroyed by God like Aaron’s two sons, Nadab and Abihu. If I am entrusted by God, I must prove that I am faithful, obedient to God who calls me and qualifies me. I live such a life today.
