‘내게 주신 사명으로 질서를 지켜라’
본문 관찰과 묵상
고핫 자손 중 30세에서 50세 남성은 진영이 진행할 때 특별한 사명을 받았다. 제사장인 아론과 그 아들들의 사명은 성소의 모든 기구들을 규례대로 보자기로 싸고 해달의 가죽으로 덮어 채를 꿰어 이동준비를 마친다. 그러면 고핫 자손이 어깨에 메고 진행한다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
고핫 자손들이 성소에 들어가서 보지 못하게 하고 지성물을 만지지 못하게 함으로 죽지 않게 해야 한다. 나에게 주신 사명 외에 다른 사람의 사명을 침해하면 질서가 무너지고 나는 죽는다.
결단과 적용
그러므로 내가 받은 사명은 전심을 다해 감당하되 내가 하지 말아야 할 것은 절대 절제해야 한다. 공동체의 질서를 지키고 각자 맡은바 사명을 감당할 때 공동체가 건강하다. 원로목사로서 내게 주신 사명은 복음을 전하고 교회를 영적으로 지키는 것이다.

Observation and meditation on the text
All men from 30 to 50 years of age among the Kohathite were called to serve a special and specific mission when the camp began to move. The mission for such priests as Aaron and his sons was to wrap all the utensils and accessories in the temple of God with curtain and durable leather to put in a carrying frame and get ready to move by putting the poles in place. Then it was the Kohathite to carry them on their shoulders to move.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Moses and Aaron were charged by God to protect the Kohathite not to be struck by God by having them never entering the temple nor touching any holy articles or utensils. If I cross the line of missions of others, God’s order shall be destroyed, and I shall be punished by God spiritually.
Decisions and applications
Therefore, I must dedicate to carry God’s given mission for me but at the same time I must not do what I am not supposed to do. When each servant of God keeps God’s order and dedicate to each one’s mission, the faith community shall be healthy. My mission as Emeritus pastor and itinerant missionary is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and keep all churches of Christ I may serve spiritually healthy.
