‘리더의 헌신으로 공동체는 세워진다’
본문 관찰과 묵상
성막에 기름칠을 해서 구별해 완성하고 가나안을 향해 진군준비를 시작했다. 이때 12지파의 지휘관들이 헌물을 드렸다. 성막을 옮길 덮개 있는 수레 6대와 소 12마리를 드렸다
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
리더들이 2명당 한 대의 수레를 헌납하고 각 리더가 소 한 마리씩 드렸다. 게르손 자손에게는 수레2과 소 4마리, 므라리 자손은 수레4과 소 8마리, 고핫 자손은 어깨에 메니 주지 않았다.
결단과 적용
리더가 먼저 헌신하니 진군의 시작되었다. 짐을 많이 옮기는 므라리 자손에게는 수레와 소를 두배나 더 주었다. 그리스도인 들도 맡은 사명에 따라 감당하도록 더 큰 은혜를 주신다. 성도들은 맡은 사명을 기쁨으로 헌신하며 받은 은혜로 끝까지 감당해야 한다. 구할 것만 구하고 헌신하지 않는 성도들로 교회는 항상 아프다.

Observation and meditation on the text
The Israelites completed the tabernacle by painting all over it for consecration and they were ready to move toward Canaan. The leaders of the 12 tribes volunteered to offer to the Lord with 6 covered carts and 12 oxen to carry all the things in the tabernacle so that the Levites could use them when they moved.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
An ox from each leader and a cart from every two were offered to God. 2 carts and 4 oxen were given to the Gershonites, 4 carts and 8 oxen were given to the Merarites, and nothing was given to the Kohathites because they must carry things on their shoulders.
Decisions and applications
No sooner the leaders volunteered to sacrifice than the entire Israelites could move toward Canaan. The Merarites who should carry double number of things were given with double portion of necessities. Today, God keeps on bestowing enough grace to each dedicated Christians. Therefore, I must also carry on God’s given mission to me out of joy and volunteerism all the way to the end with God’s grace and strength. Church of Christ is suffering when leaders keep on asking for something for them without sacrificing at all for the sake of the community.
