‘성령충만한 공동체가 교회다’
본문관찰과 묵상
베드로의 설교를 듣고 찔림받은 사람들이 어찌하냐고 했을 때 베드로는 회개하고 세례받으면 성령의 충만함을 받으리라고 하였다. 3천명이 구원을 받았다. 그들이 모인 교회는 성령충만한 교회였다. 그것이 교회의 본질이었다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
성령충만한 교회는 말씀의 가르침이 있다. 교제하며 기도에 전심한다. 기사와 표적이 많이 일어난다. 각자 있는 것으로 필요한 사람들을 돕는다.
성전에서, 가정에서 모이기를 힘쓴다. 온 백성에게 칭송을 받는다. 하나님은 그런 교회를 양적으로도 계속 부흥시킨다.
결단과 적용
교회의 본질회복은 말씀과 기도의 회복으로 시작된다. 자신의 죄를 회개하며 주님께 순종한다. 영혼이 살아나고 양적으로도 부흥한다. 교회 밖의 사람들로부터도 칭송받는다. 안디옥교회도 이렇게 본질회복이 이루어지도록 기도한다.

Observation and meditation on the text
When those who were convicted by Peter’s sermon asked Peter what they should do, and Peter answered to them to repent their sins, then they would be filled with the Holy Spirit too. On that day, 3,000 received salvation. When they gathered they were the church who was filled with the Holy Spirit, and that was the essence of church.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
At every Spirit filled church, there is teaching of the living word of God. And they have fellowship and dedicate to prayer. There are many signs and wonders. Each member helps voluntarily anyone who may in any needs with whatever they have. They endeavor to gather at church and at home. They are commended by all people. And God revives such a biblical church spiritually and continually.
Decisions and applications
The recovery of the essence of church should begin with the restoration of the living word of God and prayers. By doing that people repent of their sins before God and begin to obey the Lord. People are revived spiritually and grow numerically too. They are commended by people outside of church. I pray that Antioch Church of Philadelphia should be such a biblical church of today who recovers such essence of biblical church.
